Fans of musician Babes’ Wodumo and label boss Mampintsha should be delighted to know that the newlyweds’ first reality show has been confirmed and the trailer is already out. The show is titled Uthando Lodumo and will give an exclusive insight into the couples highly publicized relationship.
In the trailer, Mampintsha reveals that they dated way before they started making music together. “We dated for a while before we got into music,” said Mampintsha.
There is also a clip where Mampintsha’s representatives can be seen paying the Simelanes (Babe’s family) to ask for her hand in marriage. The letter was initially rejected and Shimora opens up about being turned down. We will also get an exclusive look into the lobola negotiations and how much the bridal price was for Babes (They requested 11 cows). We will also get an exclusive insight into their traditional wedding that broke the internet.
We only got to see a few snaps shared by Bongekile on Instagram where she thanked everyone for showing her support. ”Ngiyabonga kubo bonke abaphumelelile ngiyofasa ofindo lika sofa silahlane Sengingasho kugcwale umlomo ngingu maSimelane ogane Ka Maphumulo,” she posted.
