Agreement
The agreement entails management of the music entertainment activities of Sethu, including personal appearances for promotional purposes, performances by the Artist, whether or not before an audience and whether or not live and/or recorded for exhibition, simulcast or broadcast, the making of audio and audio-visual recordings of performances of the Artist, the writing of musical compositions, and producing, engineering, mixing, re-mixing, arranging and/or supervising the recordings of any other artist, also all management of performances the rendition of musical and/or visual performances, including, but not limited to singing, speaking, conducting or playing an instrument, alone or with others, acting, delivering, playing in, interpreting or otherwise performing literary or artistic works or expressions of folklore, or improvising these are some of the obligations of Hala Group Entertainment.
