The second edition of the much anticipated MTN iPraise Digital Festival, has been put on hold until further notice.

The vision of the concert is to support and develop music and Art in the Christian sector. The put off comes fter the top 5 gospel artists voted for by the public and were set to perform during the festival which was scheduled to take place this past Sunday July 4, 2021.

The MTN iPraise top 5 artists are:  Mduduzi Nezinceku Zamagawugawu, Satis Khumalo, Make Simelane ne Mmcebo we Calvary, Maphatsindvuku and Africa & Lindo.

More than 46 000 people voted for the MTN iPraise top 5, a great show of support from gospel music enthusiasts.

The postponement was confirmed by Tammy Dlamini, MTN iPraise Project Manager. He said the decision was made due to a number of factors including the current political unrest happening in the country.

However, he assured music lovers and gospel music fans that a new date would be announced soon.
