It has now been confirmed that multi-award-winning actress, Motshidi Motshegwa is returning to television to join the cast of Isono on BET_Africa. Entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela previously reported that Motshegwa is returning to TV without announcing the name of the show with a snap of the actress shooting on a set of the telenovela. Mphela has now confirmed the show in this tweet:
“Casting news: Motshidi Motshegwa joins Isono. The award-winning actress was spotted by my sources on the set of the @BET_Africa telenovela shooting scenes for the show.”
Motshegwa hasn’t appeared on our screens since she was let go on The River.
Fans of Motshegwa were delighted to hear their favourite and multi-award-winning, talented actress is back to their screens.
Her role is still unclear, and how long she’ll be with the show or when she’ll start appearing on the show.
