Local DJ Wandile well known as DJ1D has cleared the air on rumor that he has died. The rumor sparked after there was a mix-up of pictures by one of South Africa’s celeb news page zalebs , who used the Inkunzi enjani hit maker’s pic with the caption: “Gone too soon” Instead of Kaya FM DJ and Loxion Kulca creator Wandi Ndzimande aka “DJ1D’ who recently passed away.
The DJ took to twitter to reassure fans that he was still very much alive.
“Good Evening I just wanna confirm that I’m alive and in good health, just a mix up of pictures. Thank you”
Tweeps being tweeps, made fun of the whole situation and told the DJ that whether he’s alive or not he must just RIP. LOL.
This is the correct picture of the late DJ1D. May his soul rest in peace.
