Luition, whose real name is Mzwandile Nxumalo, is a local radio personality and hip hop heavyweight.
The award winning artist will once again raise the Swazi flag as he was selected to partake in one of the biggest radio conferences in Africa.
Radio Days Africa is held on an annual basis, presented by the Wits Radio Academy under the auspices of the Department of Journalism at the University of the Witwatersrand.
It is worth noting that the rapper was previously part of the three conferences that were held in the past three years physically but this year, he will be partaking virtually.
It aims to stimulate learning, engagement, conversation and thinking around the various aspects of the radio business, in an African context. As a partner event to Radio Days Europe, Radio Days Africa also gains insight into international trends.
The conference will be for a period of 2 weeks, where they will be sharing expert opinions in their different spheres of radio just to get the state of radio in Africa. Other countries to partake in the radio hour is Nigeria, Botswana and Zambia.
Lution will be representing the very best of what Eswatini’s pop culture, radio story-telling and music is all about.
The African radio hour takes place at 11am GMT+2 in Central and South Africa and will be streamed live on radiodaysafrica.co.za
