The week ends off on a sad note as messages of condolences have been making rounds all over social media.
The entertainment fraternity is mourning the loss of legendary songwriter and Lesotho musician Tsepo Tshola.
Tshola who was born in Lesotho grew up in a musical family with both his parents and was once a member of the band Sankomota. he was also an award-winning jazz musician whose debut album ‘A New Dawn’ received critical acclaim.
The world-renowned Village Pope, succumbed to Covid-19-related illness this morning in Teyateyaneng, Lesotho,” confirmed the family in a brief statement.
Local musicians and others in the entertainment space, flooded social media with posts paying tribute to the fallen music icon.
