6 June 2022, Malkerns – As 25 June inches closer, artists from around the region are getting ready to perform at The Epic Gig Episode III which will take place at Makerns Country Club. Some of the artists on the line-up who will perform on The Epic Gig Episode III stage for the first time and have never performed in Eswatini before include Costa Titch, Blxckie, Bokkie ULT and Andile Mpisane.
Andile Mpisane, who recently signed a recording contract with Def Jam Records in the USA gave a comment about performing in Eswatini for the first time, ““Eswatini is going to be too lit on 25 June. Get ready for an Epic performance at The Epic Gig Episode III this year. We’re bringing you a banging performance for our first appearance in Eswatini. We love coming to new places and sharing our music with all our fans. Come ready to have fun and witness the best we have to offer. Look out for my new song Ubala coming out soon. It will be released under Def Jam Records who I signed with in March. Shout Out to Toxik and Toxik Entertainment for bringing us out to your beautiful Kingdom.”
South African Hip Hop artist Blxckie also gave his view on coming to Eswatini, “I am excited to be coming to Eswatini for The Epic Gig Episode III. As you guys probably know, I have never performed in the Kingdom before. I’m super excited to be one of the artists representing SA Hip Hop for a vibrant crowd. My music is about stories people can relate to and is my perspective on those stories in what I rap about. 4LUV my new album celebrates love. It dropped earlier this year in Feb. The crowd can look forward to tracks from that album and my debut album B4NOW.The Epic Gig Episode III is going to be a whole experience Eswatini! Big up to Toxik and team for a great line up. Costa Titch, who is a well-established Amapiano and Hip Hop artist has also shown his excitement about coming to Eswatini for the first time. Here is what he had to say ““I’m too hyped to be coming to Eswatini for The Epic Gig Episode III. Me and the Titch Gang are bringing all we’ve got to Malkerns Country Club on 25 June 2022. Thanks to Toxik for inviting me over, this will be my first time performing in Eswatini. I’m looking forward to burning up the stage with the dopest dance moves and my music. Your boy Costa Titch is going to be bringing you the vibe for the night!”
Bokkie ULT is also coming to Eswatini for the first time and cannot wait to connect with a crowd from Eswatini, “I love celebrating African music through my sets. The reward for me is seeing people having a good time and enjoying my sets. I’m amped and ready to get Eswatini moving at The Epic Gig Episode III. Fans can look forward to a dope mix of tunes with a touch of something special for everyone to enjoy. Shout out to Toxik Entertainment for the work they are doing and for bringing me out to Eswatini. It’s my first trip to your beautiful country. I am really looking forward to the experience.”
Emtee a headliner in the South African Hip Hop scene is also scheduled to perform at The Epic Gig Episode III this year. He is a conscious hip hop artist who has a special performance in store for Eswatini, “I am looking forward to performing at The Epic Gig Episode III at Malkerns Country Cub this year. It is most definitely going to be a dope show. My music is all about my fans and giving them performances that they will remember. I share my story with the people who listen to my music, so I’m looking forward to sharing a piece of myself with my fans in Eswatini. 25 June is going to be too lit! Some favourtites will also be returning to The Epic Gig Episode III stage for another year. Buffallo Soulja is excited and cannot wait to touch down in Eswatini after a two year break from performing at The Epic Gig. The artist performed at the last Epic Gig and had the crowd on their toes from start to finish, “Performing
again in Eswatini is going to be pure energy! I can’t wait to get everyone to put their hands up and give me all they’ve got. It’s going to be a big party! Some of Eswatini’s premium artists also commented on The Epic Gig Episode III and what they will be bringing to the stage on the day.
New to The Epic Gig Episode III line-up is Umuti who was previously known as Mozaik. Among one of Eswatini’s most popular Hip Hop artists, Umuti is bringing some ill rhymes to the stage. “I am thrilled to be performing for the first time on a huge stage like The Epic Gig Episode III this year. I recently rebranded and relaunched my professional name to ‘Umuti’ a name which will carry me and my music into the years to come. Grab your tickets for 25 June before they sell out. I’m bringing the best of what I have to offer for you guys, a mix of new music and some of my classic hits. I will be dropping an EP soon so look out for that! Cheistar, a female artist who has music on all digital platforms including Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube and others is also going to be treat on The Epic Gig Episode III stage this year. Besides reminding Eswatini to get their tickets before they sell out, Cheistar has this to say, “Eswatini is going to be a vibe on 25 June 2022! I am bringing my best to the stage this Epic Gig Episode III. As a local artist on this year’s line-up I am excited to be joining some of our region’s best acts and doing the most to bring a home grown festival to the forefront globally. I recently released a single in February of this year titled Anybody, my EP is scheduled to hit the streets soon, so look out for my music in the months to come. Be ready to dance like

DJ Lady Zee, a proudly Swati artist, is an avid Tik Toker and Instagramer who has performed at multiple events in the country and in Mozambique. Over and above reminding everyone to grab a ticket to The Epic Gig Episode III, she is super excited to be performing at the event this year, “I am hyped to be performing at The Epic Gig Episode III this year. Tickets for The Epic Gig Episode III can be bought at Movie Zone at The Gables, Computicket, Shoprite, all Galito’s, Pizza Inn and Chicken Inn outlets nationwide. A general access ticket costs E300, VIP E500 and VVIP E10 000. The VVIP experience includes a platter, mixers, two bottles of either gin, whiskey or brandy and a lounge from which the VVIP guests can enjoy all the main acts the day has to offer.
