Award-winning Afro-soul singer/songwriter Zahara has released a new single titled ‘Nqaba Yam’. ‘Nqaba Yam’ is the title track for her upcoming album, which will be released on the thirteenth of this month.
The forthcoming “Nqaba Yam” album is a raw peek into Zahara’s triumphs and struggles and features a combination of traditional Afro-pop sounds and kwaito influences. Some of the songs featured on the 12-track album include ‘Bawo’, ‘Ndikona’, ‘Systems’ and ‘Senzeni’.
The track was arranged and recorded with her long-time producer Mojalefa ‘Mjakes’ Thebe and is now available for streaming and download.
