As we are all aware, the Black Panther movie premiered in cinemas all over the world this past weekend. Black pride, rather, African pride, reigned throughout the world as movie goers donned different African style outfits to celebrate the first Black superhero movie, based on a fictional country in Africa. Self-proclaimed ‘Wakandians,’ showed up in stylish African prints and colors, supposedly the national dress for Wakanda. With Black Excellence at an all-time high, it is an amazing thing to see black people support each other and their hustles in a huge way. Out of all the social media posts, these are our top 5 looks donned by locals and international ‘Wakandians’.
