The Amapiano genre took centre stage this past weekend as the music industry celebrated the artists who are keeping the genre alive. This is the first time that Amapiano stars will be honoured at the award ceremony. The event took place at the Sandton Convention Centre on the 23rd of October.
Amapiano music takes centre stage on SABC1 as the channel confirms that it is the broadcast partner of the Amapiano awards. This is the first time that Amapiano stars will be honoured at the award ceremony that will take place tomorrow, 23rd October 2021 at the Sandton Convention Centre.
Media personalities Moshe Ndiki and Zola Ayabulela Myeza affectionately known as “Zeelovin”, were the main hosts of the awards.The red carpet was hosted by YouTuber Lasizwe Dambuza and radio personality Zanele Potelwa.
