It never rains but pours in Mzansi. Legendary South African actor and DJ Mandla Hlatshwayo has died, according to reports, Hlatshwayo lost his life while trying to help two ladies who were being mugged by thugs at Meli Lounge in Pimville last night. Mandla was a resident presenter at Jozi FM and he was well-Known as DJ Mandla, he broke into the house music industry with his album back in 2006 called Jozi Nights Volume 1.
The 40 year old Mandla was best known for his role as Siphiwe Phosa on the SABC 1 soapie Generations, a role he played for seven years (1999 – 2006).
