The second edition of the much anticipated MTN iPraise Digital Festival will be hosted on Y’ello Hub, MTN’s very own digital platform, from 7pm to 9pm on Sunday, 12 September 2021.

This comes after the event was put on hold due to a number of factors including the current political unrest happening in the country. Before the postponement, the festival was scheduled to take place in July 4, 2021.

The new concert date was confirmed by MTN iPraise Project Manager, Tammy Dlamini who also emphasized that the only charge that fans will be expected to pay is the discounted data rate of E15 to watch the show on Y’ello Hub. He went on to thank all their supporters for being patient and going on the journey with them up to now.

The bundle, which will cost E15 for 3 Gigabytes, will only be valid for Y’ello Hub on concert day and cannot be used once the concert comes to an end. To access the bundles, customers can use this link They will then be prompted to buy the token for E15, at which point they can enter their cellphone number.

The MTN iPraise Top 5 which include Mduduzi Nezinceku Zamagawugawu, Satis Khumalo, Make Simelane ne Mmcebo we Calvary, Maphatsindvuku and Africa & Lindo have promised to give gospel music lovers a great experience by dishing out their best on stage.

However, since Magawugawu is unavailable to perform on 12 September, the group will be represented by LaZwide, the artist’s co-performer, neZinceku Zamagawugawu. The other performers as per the Top 5 remain as they were with Make Simelane, Satis Khumalo, Africa and Lindo and Maphatsindvuku set to dazzle fans on the big day.
