Dj and and record producer Maphorisa has come out with claims that he has not recieved any money, from the 2016 summer hit Ngudu by Kwesta featuring Cassper Nyovest. These allegations come after a series of new information being revealed exposing the record label that was managing the rapper Kwesta at his peak of his career.

It was revealed that the company made approximately over R40 Million over the 3 year span of it. With all of this money made they have nothing to show for it and are apparently owing sums of money to other artist. One artist or producer Makwa who was a in house producer for the label claims he was or still is being scammed of millions in royalties for songs that he also produced.

One of the songs in question is also another hit by Kwesta which is Spirit Which features American rapper Wale, makwa also produced another smash hit called Vur Vai by Kwesta.

Though it seems like Kwesta is the one to blame for all of this mismanagement it has come to light that the person at fault is the label owner himself, whose name is Leroy. Within the recent weeks alot has been coming out of the closet and Dj Maphorisa used this opportunity to also air out his fustration for not getting any money for the life changing song. Maphorisa doesn’t seem phased though, he is not fighting but just wants people to know that he deserves his flowers for what he has done for the hip hop industry as a whole. This is also the same man who has worked with hip hop superstar Drake, so he has nothing to lose or prove by coming out with these claims.
