Swazis have reacted to the the statement released this afternoon by Standard Bank where Smallz was serving as a brand influencer.
A woman accused the comedian of forcing himself on her flat in Mbabane. She laid charges at the police station and she’s now hoping for justice to prevail.
The bank released the statement on their social media page and announced that they have suspended all Standard Bank related duties and activities performed by the accused individual pending the outcome of formal investigation.

While some users were impressed by the financial institution’s move, some took to the comments section to express their views on the statement. They argued that Standard Bank should have mentioned the name of the accused instead of writing “individual”, “They” hence they’re accusing the bank of protecting the perpetrator.
