Kwaito star Mshoza has passed away, Twitter has woken up with sad news that prominent kawito star Mshoza, real name Nomasonto Maswanganyi has passed on today November 19,2020 at the age of 37. Circumstances surrounding her death was not made public as at the time of compiling this report, though it is believed that Mshoza caught the Coronavirus while on a business trip in Kuwait and has been battling with diabetes for a very long time.
The controversial star, Nomasonto Maswangayi was well known for her skin lightening scandal. Her hit single ”Kortes” opened up doors for the young lady. Mshoza was signed with Bulldawgz and came to the limelight of the entertaiment industry after featuring Mzambiya and Msawawa debut album ”Bulldawg First Lady”. Born 1st July 1983 in Johannesburg Meadowlands Clinic Mshoza lived with her grandparents in Protea North from 1988 who raised her until the age of 19 when her grandmother passed away.
She was first discovered on Jam Alley in mid-1999 where she freestyled as a contestant over Chiskop’s instrumental (Abazazi) she was voted number 1 by Loyiso Bala and spotted by former Jam Alley producer Nimrod Nkosi. Eight months later she was asked to feature Mzambiya and Steve Likwiliya’s Jersy number10EP which was released in 2000.
Mshoza has been hitched twice previously before getting married again to East Rand Financial specialist Prince Dlamini.
